Our platform allows students to browse through a list of qualified instructors, view their profiles, and book one-on-one or group sessions based on the student's needs. Sessions are conducted online via video conferencing tools and other interactive resources.

We offer a wide range of subjects including:

  • Academic subjects: Math, Science, English, History, etc.
  • Hobby classes Yoga, dance, classical music, etc.
  • Language learning: English, Spanish, French, etc.

If you don’t see the subject you need, feel free to contact us and we’ll try to connect you with an instructor.

To take online classes on our platform, all you need is:

2. For Students

To sign up as a student:

1. Visit our website and click on the “Sign Up” button.

2. Create an account by providing your email, name, and other necessary details.

3. Once registered, browse available instructors and book your sessions.

Once you’ve found a instructor you like:

1. Visit the instructor’s profile to check their availability.

2. Select the date and time that suits you.

3. Confirm the booking and make the payment (if applicable).

4. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details about the session.

Before the scheduled class time:
  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to your bookings page.
  • Click on the link provided to join the online session, which may take place on platforms like Zoom

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a class. However, cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. If a class is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, you may still be charged.

You can pay for your classes via credit/debit card, PayPal (for U.S. users), or other available payment options like UPI or net banking (for Indian users). Payment is required at the time of booking.

3. For Instructors

To sign up as an instructor:

1. Visit our website and click on the “Become an instructor” button.

2. Fill out the registration form with your personal details, teaching experience, and qualifications.

We accept instructors with various levels of expertise. You should have:
  • A strong grasp of the subject(s) you plan to teach.
  • Prior teaching experience (preferred but not required in some cases).
  • Relevant academic or professional qualifications.

All profiles are reviewed for quality to ensure the best learning experience for students.

Once your account is approved, you can:
  • Log in to your dashboard.
  • Set your availability by choosing your preferred days and times for teaching.
  • Set your hourly rate or price per session based on your experience and subject.

Instructors are paid on a [weekly/monthly] basis, depending on the payment method you selected during registration. Payment methods include:
  • PayPal (for U.S. instructors).
  • Bank transfers.
  • UPI or other local payment methods (for Indian instructors).

You will be compensated for each session completed, minus the platform service fee.

Yes, but we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling a class. Consistent cancellations without proper notice may lead to account suspension.
4. Technical and Platform-Related

Classes are typically conducted using Zoom that allows screen sharing, file sharing, and interactive features like a virtual whiteboard. The exact tool depends on the instructor's preference.

If you are having issues accessing a class:
  • Ensure you are logged into the platform.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Try accessing the session link again.
  • If the problem persists, contact our support team for immediate assistance.

You may need to install video conferencing software Zoom. However, many sessions can also be accessed directly through your web browser.
5. Account and Security
